Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong item

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts

  • The delivered item is different from what was shown online

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items, skincare items, supplements, or any used accessories are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • All accessories and free items must be included

  • Items showing signs of use are not eligible

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange instead of a refund (if the product is in stock).
If out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
