1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The delivered item is different from what was shown online
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-care items, skincare items, supplements, or any used accessories are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

After 3 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:

The item must be unused and unopened

The product must be in original packaging

All accessories and free items must be included

Items showing signs of use are not eligible
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
5. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange instead of a refund (if the product is in stock).
If out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
